More Images from Epstein's Property Disclosed by Democratic Party US Lawmakers

Development plans for the financier's secluded tropical island among the photographs.

Furthermore featured in this new photograph disclosure seems to be a development blueprint for the Great St James island, situated in the US Virgin Islands.

Jeffrey Epstein bought a smaller island - Little St James - originally in 1998, but subsequently obtained the bigger Great St James in the year 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.

The released images suggest he had formulated development schemes to transform the substantial island by building living quarters, an performance venue, an submerged workspace and a swimming pool.

You can see the blueprint is Pillsbury Sound, a strait in the region, marked on the lower right-hand corner.

This development map is annotated in handwritten red notes and includes a legend labelling various areas of the estate.

Accompanying the main plan are what look to be several other site drawings and construction drawings, including plans for dock shelters.

Additional materials released as part of the current congressional process.
